All of these recipes are easy to make and freeze so that you can grab them while on the go during those busy mornings. With these 7 recipes you can whip up a different freezer to table breakfast everyday of the week.
I love a good waffle and so does my daughter but some days I just don’t have the time to make them before school. So once a week I spend about a half an hour making up waffles for the week. Since these waffles are pretty big for her, I pop them in the toaster a half of waffle at a time. When making my batch for the week, I prepare 4 waffles and that allows me to have 8 days of breakfast ready to go or on the rare occasion she asks for seconds I am prepared.
To make these waffles just mix together:
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add mix to a preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown. This recipe will make 6 waffles.
