Easy Smoothie Recipe

I am always telling my family that they need to eat more fruits and vegetables but unless I figure out a way for them to consume them easily it will never happen.

I have recently been introduced to a great new product that makes this easy to do, for any family. Especially busy families that don’t have time to prepare exotic meals and wash a ton of dishes. Great for on the go nutrition and it has inspired my new Easy Smoothie Recipe.

I have received the Nutri Ninja With Auto-iq in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

Crushing through ice and frozen fruit has always been where my blenders have failed in the past.

I was unable to make smoothies with my old blenders so the first thing I want to make with my Nutri Ninja Auto IQ is an Easy Smoothie Recipe!

Ninja 1

Making smoothies is fun because there really is no way to mess up when all of your ingredients are delicious!

Plus you can add in anything you like along the way because this easy smoothie recipe is versatile and can be used on almost any diet.

What you’ll need:

2 Banana’s

2 cups of Strawberries

3/4 cup of Blueberries

1 Cup of Almond Milk

Just pour all of the ingredients into your blender. With the Nurti Ninja with Auto IQ, I was able to make two smoothies in two different cups. This way, the container that the smoothie is made in actually serves as the cup you will drink from as well.

There is nothing quite as refreshing as a fruit smoothie! These are prefect for Summer days!
