Get Kids to Eat their Veggies

One thing I am constantly struggling with around my home is getting my daughter to eat her veggies! She turns her nose up at most healthy foods but has an extra special hate for anything green. I am constantly looking into new ways to get kids to eat their veggies.

I have tried juicing veggies and getting her to drink them down with the promise of eating a special treat after but we never get past the first sip.

I have tried adding peanut butter to celery but even that didn’t work.

This had me worried for quite some time, always trying new things and searching through the internet for different combinations that never seemed to work for us. That was until I had the opportunity to try out Reese’s Spreads peanut butter chocolate perfection in a jar!

I knew the flavor of the Reese’s chocolate peanut butter spreads would not be the problem. My daughter tried a taste and right away said it was like melting down 5 Peanut Butter Cups, now that is yummy! I was more worried about adding it to the celery and having the great taste of the spread disguise the taste of the celery.

We recorded the taste test and wanted to share the results with you. Check it out!

It looks like my daughter will be begging for more celery instead of trying to avoid it, from now on. You can’t beat the taste of Reese’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Spreads, even when you spread it onto a vegetable with little appeal otherwise.

Have you tried the new Reese’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Spreads yet? What did you pair it with?
