Step 1: Preheat Oven

Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.

Clean the chicken, removing giblets. Place the chicken in the Copper Chef and brown it on the stovetop for 5-10 minutes on each side. Set it aside.

In the same Copper Chef, add olive oil and sauté the vegetables for a few minutes.

Step 4: Combine Ingredients

Place the chicken back on top of the veggies. Add the seasoning to the chicken.

This one-pot meal for roasted chicken and vegetables will save you time and effort, plus the whole family will love this easy dinner idea.

Ingredients

  • 1 6 Lb. Whole Chicken
  • 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Bag of Carrots

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean and remove giblets from the chicken center. Place Chicken in Copper Chef and brown on stove top for about 5-10 minutes on each side. Set chicken aside and add veggies to the copper chef while browning on the stove for a few minutes. Add chicken back to copper chef on top of the veggies and add seasoning to top of chicken. Bake for 1 hour with the lid on and then remove the lid and bake for another hour.
