It’s no secret around my home that I strive to be Super Mom and do everything I can to keep this title. I try to cook delicious meals, keep a clean house, and spend quality time with my family every day.

Some days this is easier than others but I have found a way to put a delicious meal that tastes homemade on the table without messing up my house and leaving plenty of quality family time after dinner.

4 Ingredient Easy Cheesy Biscuits

I headed to Walmart and picked up our favorite Marie Callender’s® Chicken Pot Pies as well as my husband’s favorite Marie Callender’s® Beef Pot Pies.

I decided to stock up and have this easy meal that tastes homemade on hand for any night that my family desires comfort in a golden, flaky crust.

Chicken Pot Pie

I love being able to serve up a warm meal to my family that is full of quality ingredients without having to destroy my kitchen in the process.

It’s as simple as opening up a box and placing the pot pie on a baking sheet, to make sure it doesn’t burn, I add a layer of aluminum foil to the edges.

While my pot pies are cooking I can whip up my quick 4 Ingredient Easy Cheesy Biscuits that pair perfectly with this meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of flour
  • 2 cups of Cheese (I use cheddar & Mozzarella)
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda

Biscuits

Instructions

Combine flour, baking soda, and milk. Mix very well, you want to be sure this is combined completely before moving onto the next step, you may need a mixer.

Pot Pies

Stir in the cheese, you can use any kind you like but I prefer to use a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella, one cup of each.

Cheese

Shape dough into circular shapes and place on a nonstick or lightly greased baking sheet.

4 Ingredient Cheesy Biscuit Recipe

Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees. I usually start making these biscuits while the Marie Callender’s® Pot Pie is baking and pop them in the oven when there is only about 15 minutes left.

Easy Cheesy Biscuits

These 4 Ingredient Easy Cheesy Biscuits pair perfectly with Marie Callender’s® Pot Pie and after serving this meal to my family, I think it’s safe to say that I am living up to my Super Mom title.
