  • 1 can of Coconut Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup of Honey

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl using a whisk. Whisk until all of the ingredients are smooth. Then pour the mixture into an ice cream maker for about 25 minutes. Freeze for an additional 1-2 hours.

If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the dairy free ice cream into a freezer safe Tupperware. For the best texture, stir every 25 minutes until firm enough to eat.

If you have premade the ice cream and it’s been in the freezer for 8 hours or more, be sure to put it on the counter to soften for about 15 minutes before eating.
