Green Drink Recipe

We could all use a little extra fruit and vegetables in our diets but like most things, it’s always easier said than done. I can buy all of the ingredients I need to live a healthy lifestyle but it seems I end up throwing most of it in the garbage at the end of the week.

So I decided to experiment a little with these healthy ingredients before they expire in my fridge and make a healthy green drink recipe.

Green Drink

There are so many green drink recipes out there but this one is a little different it’s not just healthy, it actually tastes good.

Try it out, you have nothing to lose, only good nutrition to gain.

Add all of the ingredients to a juicer.

This will make about 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 cups Spinach

1/4 head of celery

1/2 bunch parsley

3 carrots

3 apples

1/2 orange

1/2 Avocado

1/4 pineapple

Enjoy!

For optimum nutrition content drink immediately but if you do have left overs, seal and store in fridge for a quick and healthy drink.
