All Natural Bomb Pops Ingredients

This refreshing healthy bomb pops recipe is not only delicious but also packed with real fruit goodness. No need to worry about red dye 40 or added sugar since these are all natural sugar free bomb pops. Everything you will need to make this natural popsicle recipe is below.

1 Cup of Fresh Strawberries: Fresh strawberries are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, manganese, and fiber, providing natural sweetness and vibrant color to the bomb pops without the need for added sugars or artificial sweeteners.

1 Cup of Fresh Blueberries: Blueberries are packed with antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins, which give them their deep blue color. They contribute a refreshing flavor and vibrant purple hue to the bomb pops, ensuring maximum nutritional benefits without added sugars or artificial ingredients.

1 Lemon: Lemon juice adds natural acidity, enhancing the overall flavor profile, while also containing flavonoids and other compounds with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Fresh lemon juice ensures pure, natural flavor in these bomb pop popsicles without added preservatives or artificial flavors.

1/2 Cup of Water: Water is essential for creating the desired texture and consistency of the bomb pops, serving as a base for blending the blueberries and diluting the lemon juice. It prevents the popsicles from becoming too icy or dense, resulting in a smooth texture. Using clean, filtered water ensures the bomb pops are made with pure, all-natural ingredients, free from contaminants or additives.

I really like making frozen pops at home. I think you can control what is and is not there. The food dyes in store bought are so strong! These look and sound terrific.

This looks incredibly delicious and very appealing. My daughter would definitely reach for one of these and I'd be happy to know that they are made of real fruit purees. Off to the market I go.

That is so awesome here. Aside from being so colorful, just the fact that you can make them with fresh fruit for sweeteners sounds absolutely amazing. I wish I could find those popsicle containers around here. I know I had them as a kid but I haven't really seen them around anywhere. Maybe I just haven't been looking in the right places.
