One Pan Vegan Chilli Ready in Under 20 Minutes

While following the Specific Carbohydrate Diet or any diet that forbids pre-packaged foods, it can be hard to come up with a quick meal sometimes.

At least once a week I look through my kitchen trying to find a quick meal that I can cook and enjoy before everyone else is done with their lunches.

My most recent creation is this One Pan Vegan Chilli that is ready in under 20 minutes.

Not only is it quick and easy to make but only using one pan really saves me time after lunch because it minimizes the clean up.

I love being able to get a ton of veggies into a lunch while not spending a whole lot of time chopping and preparing them. Using a bag of frozen peppers and onions really is a huge time saver!

This One Pan Vegan Chilli is delicious enough to eat just like the recipes states but feel free to add some more of your favorite veggies to bulk up this meal.

All you will need to make this One Pan Vegan Chilli is:

1 bag of frozen pepper and onion blend

1 can of pinto beans

1 can diced tomato’s

2 tablespoons of garlic powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

A frying pan

Throw the pepper and onion blend into the frying pan and cook on high for about 5 minutes.Once the onions are translucent you can add in the pinto beans. Let cook for another 5 minutes and add the diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and the salt and pepper.

Cook on high for about another 5 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
