The holiday’s are almost here and I can’t hardly wait to serve delicious foods to my family and friends this year. I have been in the kitchen creating mouth watering recipes and perfecting all of my favorite dishes in preparation of Thanksgiving.

I know my family has enjoyed taste testing my creations and choosing which recipes will make the Thanksgiving menu this year. The best cookie recipe, winning by a landslide are these Harvest Apple Pumpkin Spice Cookies and the best part is that these cookies have an oven fresh taste long after baking!

These cookies are so moist, they taste like they came out of the oven long after baking!

I love having a moist cookie recipe that taste oven fresh long after baking because it allows me to prepare them ahead of time and take some of the last minute pressure off of my Thanksgiving cooking.

After making these delicious cookies we decided to not serve any other cookies at our Thanksgiving celebration. It just wouldn’t be fair, the other cookies couldn’t compare to the burst of seasonal flavors and chewy texture of these Harvest Apple Pumpkin Spice Cookies.

Walmart Nestle

The most important part of creating delicious recipes is using the best ingredients and these cookies are no exception. I headed to Walmart and picked up : NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Harvest Apple Refrigerated Cookie Dough, NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Pumpkin Spice Morsels,LIBBY’S® 100% Pure Pumpkin, and NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk.

As you can see NESTLE has all of your baking needs covered this season!

I usually just make my own cookie dough from scratch but the Harvest Apple Cookie Dough combines apple pieces, apple-flavored filling and cinnamon with a sweet cookie dough so I knew it would add a special flavor to my cookies. They are only available for a limited time so you better pick them up now and use them in your next recipe, you will be glad you did!

Once I got home I gathered all of my ingredients and began baking these cookies which made my house smell amazing.

Harvest Apple & Pumpkin Spice Cookies

I picked up some decorative and colorful sugar to sprinkle on the tops of the cookies after they were done baking. This is optional and doesn’t really change the flavor they just make it look pretty.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, pumpkin, sugar, milk, and flour. Mix well.
