My Rock and Roll Fantasy with Klipsch The One

I received this bluetooth wireless speaker from Klipsch for the purposes of this review. All opinions are my own.

Almost every memory from my childhood has a song connected to it and whenever I hear those songs, it brings me right back to those days. Music is something that has always been a big part of my life, whether it is a sad time, a happy time, or a little bit of both, there is always a song that fits the mood.

My biggest influence from childhood would have to be my dad. He has always been a fan of classic rock, his favorite being Led Zeppelin. Since he played their music whenever he had a chance all three of us kids became pretty familiar with their songs. My brother rebelled and insisted that Led Zeppelin had stolen all of their songs and were complete garbage while us girls still enjoy their music to this day.

He also introduced me to some of my favorite bands like Metallica and Guns N’ Roses by playing their entire albums on repeat during road trips from New Jersey to Virginia.

I remember when I was about 8 years old he had come home from a concert where Guns N’ Roses was the headliner and told me how Metallica blew Guns N’ Roses away and even did an instrumental version of Dazed and Confused.

As you can probably tell, I have an appreciation for good music and have since been to many concerts with my husband to see all of my favorite bands including both Metallica and Guns N’ Roses.

As I get older and have less tolerance for big crowds I go to fewer and fewer concerts. There are still a few bands that I would brave the crowds to see but they would have to hate themselves enough to come to Iowa in order for that to happen.

In the meantime, I enjoy my favorite albums from the comfort of my own home and I don’t have to compromise on the sound thanks to The One by Klipsch making my Rock & Roll fantasy happen.

I never knew it was possible to have such a high quality sound come out of a portable, wireless, bluetooth speaker. I find myself lifting it up and bringing it around the house with me while cleaning because despite the heavy sound coming out, this speaker is really light and highly portable.

One speaker is all it takes to crank up some Creeping Death and make it feel like Metallica is in your living room or your kitchen or bedroom or wherever you want, it’s wireless so bring it anywhere!

I love the design and colors of The One, it looks great and sounds great, no matter where I place it in my home.

Now I am able to play my favorites for my daughter whose name was influenced by music as well and listen to music the way it was meant to be heard.

You can listen to music from all of your devices that connect through bluetooth or auxiliary. I was so excited when I found out that I could hook this thing up to my record player and listen to vinyl so loud that even my neighbors and their children of the corn are forced to listen to good music, it’s pretty fantastic.

The classic design fits in well with any decor and the high quality acoustics allow all types of music to sound their best coming through this wireless speaker. What bands to you enjoy listening to most?

My dad was a big influence for my music tastes as well! Such a great memories of us going to concerts together. That speaks looks like a great way to match our techy house and vintage style!

That would be the perfect gift to give the hubs. He needs a new speaker not to mention, that's the kind of design he would like - classic!
