I eat my fair share of apples and lately its been of the Honey Crisp variety. Whatever variety I choose they have to be very hard, not a fan of the mushy type! I use one for my morning oatmeal just about everyday. I cook the oatmeal on the stovetop with cinnamon and nutmeg; When its just about finished I add the chopped apple, raisins, pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup. Its such a great way to start the day!
