The first step in making mozzarella sticks that are keto-friendly is to start with a good quality cheese stick.

The next step is to grind pork rinds using a food processor to a fine powder, pour into a bowl, and set aside.

In another bowl, mix the rest of the dry ingredients. Get the full list of ingredients with measurements and instructions  by swiping up. 

Then add the eggs to a third bowl.  Beat them and then begin rolling the mozzarella sticks in the eggs.

Dredge every piece of mozzarella in the flour mixture until well coated. Dip it in the egg then roll the egg-washed mozzarella sticks in the  pork rinds until well coated.

Deep fry for about 1-2 minutes per side and serve with  a side of marinara sauce.  Enjoy!
