– 1 Cup of Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
– 1/4 Cup of Cashews
– 1 Teaapoon of Vanilla Extract or Pure Mexican Vanilla
– 3 Tablespoons of Butter
– 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
– 1/3 Cup of Erythritol
– 1/4 Cup of Peanut Butter
– Sea Salt (Optional) Just a pinch of salt
