Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Rinse the chicken breasts after removing them from the packaging, this part helps the breading stick. Cut chicken breasts into cube shapes roughly about 2 inches tall by two inches wide.

It is important to keep the size of the chicken cutlets uniform throughout to ensure they will cook evenly.

Mix all ingredients into a bag and add a few cubes at a time, shake the bag a few times or until the chicken is coated evenly.

Then place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone mats.

Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!

  • 1 lb. Chicken Breast
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 cup of Grated Parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons of Basil

Instructions

Congratulations on losing 40 lbs, that is huge for you – and from looking at your post on your disease and the book you found, it sounds like a healthy plan without pills – We did something similar, but with Yeast Allergies. Which the doctors were prescribing pills for my hubby – but my nutritionist convinced him to eat differently and it works for him and I’ve been eating healthier every day for years and find new ways to get better.

    • There are some brands that are legal but to be safe I make my own. I just dehydrate garlic cloves and then grind them down to a powder. It’s simple and you will know it’s SCD legal because you made it.
