Not only are they bursting with peanut butter flavor but they are chewy, moist, and delicious, as well as super easy to make!

With just a handful of ingredients everyone usually has on hand, you can whip up a batch of these healthy peanut butter cookies without any guilt and more impressive in my opinion, without any flour!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients
All you will need to make these flourless peanut butter cookies is peanut butter, an egg, honey, vanilla extract, and a dash of sea salt.

There really isn’t much to them, which is why this is the perfect treat for when a peanut butter craving hits without any notice.
Instead of overindulging in sugary unhealthy snacks that will leave you with a bunch of guilt after, you can whip these healthy peanut butter cookies up in under 10 minutes.

How to Make Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
This recipe makes one dozen healthy peanut butter cookies that are perfectly chewy and very moist.
You don’t even need a mixer to incorporate each ingredient.
A bowl, a spoon, and some elbow grease are all you need to combine the ingredients for this chewy cookie recipe.

You can also put a little more effort in than me and make your cookies more visually appealing before baking.
Since they are really moist and moldable you can probably make them into any shape you like. If you want a more traditional cookie texture you can replace the honey with sugar.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 egg
- Dash of Sea Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients well.
Roll dough into balls and place on a lined cookie sheet.
Press into cookie shapes.
Bake for about 8 minutes.

These cookies sound really yummy and easy to make. My husband loves peanut butter so he would probably eat a whole batch of these! I am just wondering if it’s ok to include the raw egg since you aren’t baking them?
These are really yummy, I bet your husband would love them if he is a fan of peanut butter. These cookies do get baked in the oven at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes. They are really chewy and moist so they look like they are raw but I promise you that they are safe to eat.
Being Gluten free, I am always on the the look out for gluten free, flourless cookies!! Normally GF cookies are dry and crumble. This recipe is so appealing to me because It is soft and moist!! I have all the ingredients in the kitchen so I think I’ll whip up a batch

My family ha always been in love with peanut butter cookies, but I have never tried any other recipe than my grandmothers. Peanut Butter cookies are one of my all-time favorites. The only thing I might add is a drizzle (or two!) of dark chocolate over the top. Or maybe even a shaved chocolate bar into the mix. I can never resist a peanut butter/chocolate combo in cookie form. Yum! x
