I am always looking for new ways to enjoy peanut butter and these flourless peanut butter cookies may be the best way I have ever stumbled upon.

Not only are they bursting with peanut butter flavor but they are chewy, moist, and delicious, as well as super easy to make!

With just a handful of ingredients everyone usually has on hand, you can whip up a batch of these healthy peanut butter cookies without any guilt and more impressive in my opinion, without any flour!

Apparently flourless recipes are not anything new to some, there are even flourless recipe cookbooks for sale on Amazon.

It is a fairly new concept to me and I am enjoying getting creative in the kitchen and discovering new flourless recipes all of the time!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients

All you will need to make these flourless peanut butter cookies is peanut butter, an egg, honey, vanilla extract, and a dash of sea salt.

I told you it was really easy to make these healthy peanut butter cookies!

There really isn’t much to them, which is why this is the perfect treat for when a peanut butter craving hits without any notice.

Instead of overindulging in sugary unhealthy snacks that will leave you with a bunch of guilt after, you can whip these healthy peanut butter cookies up in under 10 minutes.

How to Make Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

This recipe makes one dozen healthy peanut butter cookies that are perfectly chewy and very moist.

You don’t even need a mixer to incorporate each ingredient.

A bowl, a spoon, and some elbow grease are all you need to combine the ingredients for this chewy cookie recipe.

You can also put a little more effort in than me and make your cookies more visually appealing before baking.

Since they are really moist and moldable you can probably make them into any shape you like. If you want a more traditional cookie texture you can replace the honey with sugar.

Why Make Flourless Cookies?

Peanut Butter cookies are one of my all-time favorites. The only thing I might add is a drizzle (or two!) of dark chocolate over the top. Or maybe even a shaved chocolate bar into the mix. I can never resist a peanut butter/chocolate combo in cookie form. Yum! x

You had me at healthy and delicious. There are not many cookies that are truly both. My family ha always been in love with peanut butter cookies, but I have never tried any other recipe than my grandmothers. I think I'll try this one and see if my family can enjoy a healthy treat ever once in a while too.
