Almond Flour Waffle Recipe

This Almond Flour Waffle Recipe is delicious and easy to make. Quick & simple, this low-carb breakfast is great for those busy mornings. If you are like me, this recipe is perfect for those busy nights, too.

I love serving breakfast for dinner and since my family enjoys a variety of breakfast foods, having this simple waffle recipe makes it easy.

Now you can serve all of your family’s favorites while still sticking to a low carb and gluten-free diet without having to do double the work.

My daughter enjoys this Old-Fashioned Pancake Recipe and when making breakfast for the whole family, I whip up these easy-to-make keto-friendly waffles for myself.

Sometimes I make these Gluten-Free SCD Pancakes with bananas for my husband too. He loves bananas and I like simple recipes so I don’t mind whipping up three different breakfast options for the family when serving breakfast for dinner.

This way everyone gets something they like and I don’t have to spend the entire day in the kitchen, all of these recipes are quick and easy.

Just the way I like them.

Another simple breakfast recipe that I make for my daughter when I am craving these Almond Flour Waffles is this Cinnamon French Toast Roll Up Recipe.

My favorite thing about that recipe is being able to use up leftover hot dog buns that would otherwise go to waste.

It is such a fun recipe to make and kids love it served with this Easy Maple Syrup Recipe.

What do You Serve with this Almond Flour Waffle Recipe?

For myself, I make this Almond Flour Waffle Recipe and serve up some of my favorite breakfast sides like bacon, sausage, and occasionally scrapple.

When I lived in Virginia, scrapple was a common breakfast food but ever since moving away, I get weird looks when I request it at the grocery store.

Lucky for me, I found a place in Kalona, Iowa that sells scrapple and now I get to enjoy it alongside this Almond Flour Waffle Recipe.

Are these Almond Flour Waffles Keto Friendly?

Besides being easy, these waffles are delicious and gluten-free, so they fit into most diets, including keto.

When following a low-carb diet like keto, it can be hard to find a decent recipe to replace all of your favorite high-carb treats.

That is no longer the case, I am trying my best to recreate all of my favorite recipes to make them keto recipes.

Can You Freeze these Waffles?

I like making extra and storing the leftovers in the freezer.

This way if I do decide to make an elaborate breakfast, I can just pop a couple of these almond flour waffles into the toaster.

I have found that keeping things simple is the best way to stay on track when following a specific diet.

Always having easy keto recipes on hand that are easy to whip up keeps me from eating the things that I know I shouldn’t be eating.

I am so happy to come across this. I just started lessening gluten in my diet (not quite ready for gluten free) and I bought almond flour. I also love that they can be frozen for easy breakfasts during the week. Thanks for sharing.
