This is really helpful info. My husband is being directed to drink 2 gallons of water a day due to some kidney issues he has had recently that have caused stones. It has been hard for him to get that much water in a day but he is doing well. I am going to pass this on to him.
I am learning the hard way, how important it is for us to drink more water. I actually love the taste of water, its just difficult to meet the daily 8 glasses requirements! I am pushing harder though, as I have to lead by example!
HA! Great timing! I was just telling my neighbor last night that I have been so busy at work that I haven’t even had a sip of water all week. It is scary when you only go to the bathroom once in a day! UHHHHHH dehydration!?!? This filter looks great, as lately I am not trusting anyone’s city water!!!
this would be so great when we fill our pool the water has a brown tint due to all the minerals so this would be nice to win
We are very big on drinking water at our house. We do make it a point to drink alkaline water though. I like the tip you wrote about weight loss and drinking water instead. I’ll try that. I usually get major cravings in the afternoon so that’s a really good tip. Although I may have tried it before and just makes my taste buds want what I want more I think.
I love drinking water. A couple of years ago I decided to stop drinking soda and water became my best friend. I add some fruits and mint to give it some flavor, But I love the fact that it is all natural and no calories, all healthy and goes well with all type of food. It helps with cravings and keeps me full too.
I would love to try this filter. Thanks for the giveaway.
It really is hard to drink water especially if it starts to taste funny when you don’t have a good filter. Lately, I’m noticing we are getting like a white film on the water, I’ll check out this filter and start scheduling my water intake. My body needs it. I think I only drink like 2-3 cups a day. I know.. I know.. so hard. I’ll give your tips a try.
Water, coffee, and wine are all I drink. I’m actually grateful my mom didn’t raise me on soda and sugary beverages. When it comes to drinking water throughout the day I keep a tally for every water bottle I fill up. I know if I did it 8-10 times then I have met my daily water intake.
I feel like after I got my own filter I started drinking way more water. It’s amazing what a filter can do! I think infused waters are also a great idea too. I love adding cucumbers and lemon to my water.
Great tips here! I think drinking as much water as possible is SO important – honestly it’s all I drink, and all I enjoy drinking! Water filters are a huge help too. I love lemon water, also! Love this!
Water is so important! I have so much trouble remembering to drink it until I’m dehydrated! I’m going to try your suggestions!
Water is my favorite drink. I’d love to get this water filter
these are good ideas, it is very important to drink plenty of fresh water every day.
I would love to have cleaner, filtered water.
This would be awesome to try. I have been looking for something like this to help us kick the water bottle habit, but all the water pitcher filters and the ones that attach to the faucet, they never last very long or work well
I make sure the water I drink is filtered. Thank you for the chance!

One easy way to drink more water is to use celestial seasonings fruit teas. They don’t have sugar or caffeine, so all they do is flavor the water, but it tastes delightful!
