This mango popsicle recipe is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Blüm Beverages but all opinions are my own.
It has been so painfully hot outside lately that I have been inspired to create this refreshing and unique mango popsicle recipe to help you beat the heat!
Nothing cools you down quite like a frozen treat and these botanical elixir mango popsicle recipe ingredients are sure to be a pleasant surprise on a hot Summer day.

Enjoy the flavors of delicious juicy mangos paired with the refreshing flavors of the Uplift blend from Blüm.
Keep in mind that these easy mango popsicles are non-alcoholic so everyone, especially the kids, can enjoy this Summer treat.

Incorporating Blüm in these Mango Popsicles
I have recently had the wonderful opportunity to try out two Alcohol-Free Botanical Brewed Blends from Blüm Beverages and decided to make homemade popsicles.
I have always been a fan of eating a plant based diet but I have never created a popsicle recipe that incorporated flowers, until now.
Infusing innovation and botanical allure, I merged my love for plant-based cuisine with Blüm Beverages’ Alcohol-Free Botanical Brewed Blends.
My basic mango popsicle recipe intertwined harmoniously with the intricate botanicals and when frozen they created a delicious treat that the whole family loved.

What are Mango Popsicles Made Of?
Mango popsicles are a delightful blend of ripe and juicy mango chunks, combined with a flavorful liquid base.
In this particular recipe, the mango chunks are paired with the refreshing and unique flavors of the Uplift blend from Blüm Beverages.
The Uplift blend features a combination of natural botanicals such as rose, hibiscus, calendula, prickly pear, and yerba mate.
These ingredients not only infuse the popsicles with delightful flavors but also contribute to the overall sensory experience of these frozen treats.

Variations on this Botanical Mango Popsicle Recipe
Elevate your mango popsicle adventure by exploring a world of delectable variations that beckon your taste buds.
While the classic recipe dances with the harmonious duo of mango and Blüm’s Uplift blend, consider infusing a touch of creaminess by substituting water with velvety coconut milk.
The addition of a touch of honey and freshly squeezed lime juice enhances the natural sweetness of the mango and botanical blend, creating a harmonious and refreshing summer treat.

For a playful twist, switch up the sweetener – opt for the rich depth of maple syrup or the delicate charm of cane sugar.
To introduce a texture that packs a big bite, dice up extra mango and sprinkle the vibrant chunks into the mixture before freezing.
Try incorporating the Zen Blend which is smooth and calming while delivering tranquility to the soul with delicious ingredients like lavender, hibiscus, chamomile, elderflower, holy basil & I-theanine.

Ingredients Needed for this Mango Popsicle Recipe
I used the Uplift blend from Blüm for my popsicle recipe and I am so glad I did. The sweet flavors of mango pair deliciously with the natural botanicals found in this blend.
This elegant and uplifting blend awakens the soul boasting ingredients like rose, hibiscus, calendula, prickly pear & yerba mate.
This is the perfect flavor to create a deliciously easy popsicle recipe. Which has inspired me to make these Botanical Elixir and Mango Popsicles!
To create this popsicle recipe you will need a bottle of the Uplift blend from Blüm and a few mangos. You will also need popsicle sticks and plastic or silicone popsicle molds.
You could also freeze the mixture in ice cube trays for a simple snack. This is useful if you don’t already have a traditional storebought mold. Although the popsicles are so good it may be worth picking some up from the store.

How to Make Botanical Elixir & Mango Popsicles
The first step is to cut the skin off of the mangos.
Then prepare the fruit by cutting it off of the pit.
After this is done, add it to a blender to make a mango puree.

After making a mango puree in the blender, add it to the bottom of your popsicle molds.

Add just enough to create a layer.
Make sure to leave plenty of space for the rest of the ingredients.

Make sure you alternate between the Uplift blend from Blüm and the mangos when creating this popsicle recipe.

The two flavors layered in this popsicle complement each other so be sure to alternate when pouring in each addition.

Once all of your ingredients are added to the popsicle forms, add the popsicle sticks to the molds.
The last step is to place the mango popsicles in the freezer overnight.

I am so excited for you to try this delicious popsicle recipe!
