One of my favorite keto snacks or keto desserts, depending on what time of day it is, has to be this Easy Keto Almond Bark. Nothing hits the spot quite like decadent chocolate and salty snack. It’s the perfect treat that satisfies my cravings without compromising my low carb diet.

I have always enjoyed the combination of sweet and savory which is why this Easy Keto Almond Bark Recipe hits the spot, every time.

Another reason I really enjoy making this Easy Keto Almond Bark Recipe is that it super easy to whip up and perfect for traveling. On our last trip to Wisconsin, we packed all kinds of Keto snacks for the road and this was my favorite.

It can be really hard to find Keto snacks on the go but this one is always a perfect choice. Usually, when taking road trips, we stop at gas stations and pick up candy to eat on the road. That doesn’t really work with a low carb diet like Keto because the gas station offers very little keto-friendly foods.

It’s kind of like a really hard scavenger hunt when you enter a gas station, looking for something that is actually keto-friendly. So I try to prepare by packing snacks for keto on the go, and this one beats anything you can find at the gas station, in my opinion.

This recipe is made on the stovetop, starting with a saucepan. Pour the whole bag of sugar-free chocolate chips into the saucepan and cook over low to medium heat.

As the chocolate starts to melt, add in the coconut oil and stir until the two are well combined. Add in the heavy cream, stirring to mix in with the other ingredients, and then add in the vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.

Once everything is well combined, stir in the almonds.

You can use another nut for this recipe like pecans or brazil nuts for an ever lower-carb version of this tasty keto dessert.

Once the almonds are mixed in, pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with sea salt and place in the refrigerator until cool. This process may take up to 3 hours.

Once the mixture has cooled, break apart the Easy Keto Almond ark into pieces and store in an airtight container for up to a week.

I can almost guarantee it will not last that long anyway so don’t worry about this keto dessert going bad!

It’s so easy and delicious to make this keto recipe, that I suggest keeping these ingredients on hand at all times so you always have a sweet treat to keep you from straying from your low carb diet.
