How to Make Keto Chicken Alfredo

This section shares how to make this keto chicken alfredo recipe. For the full recipe with measurements and instructions, see the recipe card at the bottom of the post.

Step 1– The first step is to rinse and cut the broccoli, then begin the cooking process. You can boil it or steam it, whichever is your preferred cooking method will work.

Step 2– In a small bowl, add the almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cut the chicken pieces, remove the fat, and cut the chicken into smaller pieces. I prefer to cut it in half lengthwise because it makes the chicken thin enough to cook thoroughly in just five minutes per side.

Step 3– Roll the chicken in the almond flour mixture and set aside. Add olive oil to a frying pan and set it to medium-high heat while preparing the chicken.

Step 4– Once the skillet has heated up to medium heat, add the breaded chicken and cook both sides, about 5 minutes each. When you are done cooking chicken breasts, remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

You can wipe it down with a paper towel or clean it out but this is not necessary, I find that the chicken adds a nice flavor to the sauce so I just move on to the next step.

Step 5– In the same skillet on medium high heat, add the butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, and garlic. Allow to bubble for about 5 minutes before adding the parmesan cheese.

While that is heating up, slice up the chicken, and drain the broccoli then once the keto chicken alfredo sauce has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon, add the broccoli and chicken to the skillet.

In the same skillet over medium-high heat, add 6 tablespoons of butter, 8 ounces of cream cheese, 2 cups of heavy whipping cream, and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic.

Allow the mixture to bubble for about 5 minutes, ensuring the ingredients are well combined.

While the mixture is heating up, slice the cooked chicken and drain the broccoli.

Once the keto chicken Alfredo sauce has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon, add 2 cups of Parmesan cheese to the skillet.
