  • A light mist of coconut oil spray helps prevent sticking, especially for breaded items. Coconut oil offers a higher smoke point than some alternatives, but vegetable oil spray works in a pinch.
  • For messy recipes, line the bottom of your basket with parchment paper or foil for a game-changing cleanup hack. Simply discard the liner after use, leaving you with a spotless air fryer ready for your next culinary adventure.

These Keto Air Fryer Biscuits are the perfect low carb side dish. Easy, cheesy, and dense. Great for gluten-free and low-carb diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions

    Whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt in a large bowl. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese. Add in the eggs, melted butter, and sour cream.

    Using a large fork or spoon (or even your hands!), gently combine everything until a slightly sticky batter forms. Prep your air fryer basket with a sheet of parchment paper.

    Place your prepped batter portions, ensuring enough space for them to rise slightly.
