What you will need:
1/3 cup of the Taco Seasoning of your choice, I used Ortega
1 can of refried beans, any brand is fine but I use Fat Free Ortega
1 can of nacho cheese
1/2 cup of diced red onions
2 diced Roma tomatoes
Add the beans and cheese to a medium sauce pan and heat on low. Add diced onions and tomatoes and heat on medium high while stirring constantly, until the cheese starts to bubble. Everything should melt together and be bubbling hot when done.
To make sure your dip is hot enough you can also Bake in Ramekins in the oven at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes.
Serve with Tortilla chips and store left overs (if there are any)in an airtight container for up to one week in the refrigerator.
That’s all! I told you it was the easiest and cheesiest bead dip recipe ever. It’s very versatile and if you like spice, adding some jalapeno peppers when adding in the tomatoes is a perfect way to kick up the flavor!
