During the Summer months one of my favorite treats is Ice Cream. The problem is that traditional Ice Cream has sugar, dairy, and tons of other ingredients that are illegal on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet.
So I decided to make my own Sugar & Dairy Free 3 Ingredient Creamy Peach Ice Cream.
It is amazing how creamy and delicious this Ice Cream is especially since there is no dairy and it is so easy to make!
My husband and daughter are the perfect skeptics to test all of my recipes out on. My daughter usually turns her nose up to healthy versions of desserts so I know if she likes it, it must be good!
M husband is a good sport, he tries all of the recipes I make him and let’s me know if it is as good as the store bought kind even though he knows it is filled with healthy ingredients.
This 3 Ingredient Creamy Peach Ice Cream was a hit at my house and I know your family will love it too.
Since there is no sugar and it’s so easy to make, you can have this dessert often and keep an extra container in the refrigerator for a quick dessert anytime.
What you’ll need:
12-16 ounces of Frozen Peaches
26 Ounces of Coconut Milk
1/2 cup of Honey
In a blender mix the Peaches, Coconut Milk, and Honey
Add the mixture to the Ice Cream Maker for about 20 minutes. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, place the mixture into an airtight container and freeze overnight or for about 6-8 hours.
Using an Ice Cream Maker is the best way to achieve the fluffy creamy texture. If you don’t have an Ice Cream Maker, after freezing be sure to let the Ice Cream sit on the counter for about 20 minutes before serving.
This will help soften it and make it easier to serve.
