Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup of Almond Flour
- 3 Tablespoons of Stevia
- Pinch of Salt
- 3 Tablespoons of Butter
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
- Second Layer
- 1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
- 3 Tablespoons of Stevia
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla
- Third Layer
- 8 Ounces Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
- 4 Tablespoons of Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Mix the first layer ingredients together and then spread it into a small baking dish, an 8x8 works for thin bars, and a smaller dish will result in thicker bars.
- Bake in the air fryer at 375 for ten minutes.
- Allow cooling completely before moving on to the next step.
- Mix the second layer of ingredients and spread into a pan.
- Melt the chocolate and cream, and spread on top of the peanut butter layer.
- Freeze the baking dish and allow it to harden before removing it from the pan. This can take about an hour.
