  2. I’ve seen those Meli’s cookies before while I was grocery shopping. I was interested, but passed. I will grab them the next time I’m out shopping. A great list of foods, and the positive is gluten free.

  3. I use MCT oil in my coffee every day. It truly takes care of my hunger through the morning. I don’t taste coconut or that would be a deal breaker.

  7. Dessert is my weakness! I haven’t tried the cookies yet, but I have had the mochi ice cream. Loved it! Although I had a green tea flavor, I believe. The mint chocolate chip sounds even better to me.

  8. Zucchini bread is always great to snack on so I’ll have to try out those muffins made with the plant. Garden Lites adding chocolate chips and banana to the mix along with zucchini have these muffins calling out to me.
