I use MCT oil in my coffee every day. It truly takes care of my hunger through the morning. I don’t taste coconut or that would be a deal breaker.
I keep hearing great things about MCT oil. I never tried it but the health benefits are very convincing. It’s definitely on my list of foods to try.

Dessert is my weakness! I haven’t tried the cookies yet, but I have had the mochi ice cream. Loved it! Although I had a green tea flavor, I believe. The mint chocolate chip sounds even better to me.
Oh I needed this today. I’m trying to incorporate healthier stuff into my life so this came at the perfect time.
Zucchini bread is always great to snack on so I’ll have to try out those muffins made with the plant. Garden Lites adding chocolate chips and banana to the mix along with zucchini have these muffins calling out to me.
